Arizona Restaurant Week Returns to FLINT by Baltaire
Arizona Restaurant Week returns September 18 through 27, 2026, with special prix fixe lunch and dinner menus at FLINT by Baltaire in Phoenix’s Biltmore area.
Led by Chef Josh Winters, FLINT combines contemporary American cooking with coastal Mediterranean and bold Middle Eastern flavors. The Arizona Restaurant Week menus highlight the restaurant’s signature wood-fired approach, offering a $33 weekday lunch and a $55 three-course dinner.
$33 Arizona Restaurant Week Lunch
Available Monday through Friday, September 21 through 25, the three-course lunch begins with a choice of Classic Hummus with Pita, Little Gem Caesar, or the Soup of the Day.
Second-course selections include the FLINT Burger with smoked bacon jam and white cheddar; Mediterranean Lettuce Wraps with a choice of lamb, shrimp, or honey-harissa chicken; Faroe Island Salmon with farro tabbouleh; or a wood-fired pizza.
Pizza selections include Spicy Fennel Sausage, Artichoke and Pesto, or Margherita. Lunch concludes with freshly baked cookies to enjoy at the restaurant or take home.
$55 Arizona Restaurant Week Dinner
The $55 dinner menu is available September 18 through 27 and begins with a choice of Classic Hummus with Pita, Little Gem Caesar, or FLINT Chopped Salad with soppressata, chickpeas, roasted peppers, avocado, white cheddar, and tahini ranch.
For the second course, guests can choose from Lamb Cavatelli with lamb ragù and citrus gremolata, Faroe Island Salmon, Braised Short Rib with olive oil mashed potatoes and heirloom carrots, or Wood Grilled Kebabs.
The kebabs can be customized with up to two selections of filet, chicken, shrimp, or salmon and are served with Yukon potatoes and broccolini.
Dinner concludes with a dessert duo featuring Burnt Basque Cheesecake with marinated berries and whipped crème fraîche alongside Warm Donuts with cinnamon-cardamom sugar and Turkish coffee mousse.
