A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, at FLINT Travis has crafted Mediterranean-accented menus combining the finest meat and seafood, paired with ripe, in-season vegetables and lots of fresh herbs, to bring brightness and vibrancy to the Valley of the Sun.
A graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York, Chris Mayo worked for some of NYC's top chefs before returning to his hometown of Phoenix. After a decade-plus helping to open some of the Valley’s best restaurants, including, T. Cook’s, The Estate House and J&G Steakhouse, Chris is excited to lead up his own wood fired dining destination.
A Southern California native who also has deep Arizona roots, Tim Hass is the perfect General Manager for Phoenix’s all-new restaurant from the team behind Los Angeles’ award-winning Baltaire. At FLINT, Hass (formerly of Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino, Four Seasons Scottsdale and Ballast Point Brewing Company) oversees all aspects of the guest experience, from the warm greeting to the friendly yet expertly-trained service style.

Born and raised in Arizona with southern charm and an affinity for hospitality, Private Events Coordinator Alyssa Pope is primed to provide guests with the highest level of service when booking one of FLINT by Baltaire’s exquisite event spaces. She is passionate about guest connection, and her impressive background ranges from front of house service to upper management, with over 10 years at Fox Restaurant Concepts and a level one certification with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
